It is so nice to be home and relaxing in my own bed! This c-section was definitely harder to recover from than the other 2.Zach is doing well. He is eating a lot more at his feedings and the neonatalogist said that if he keeps it up then we may be bringing him home Monday or Tuesday. When I fed him today right before coming home, I was informed that they are putting him under the billy lights for 2 days because he is a little jaundice.
I will update everyday until he gets home or until someone comments that they are tired of updates..hehe
Here are the pictures off the camera and I am proud to say that we stayed with tradition and he most definitely has the blond hair. I guess that people in the operating room don't know what they are talking about. I didn't get to see him until Wednesday so I just had to believe them :)
^This is his first photo op. The doctor took him out and held him up so he is fresh and gooey :)
^He is still in the OR in this picture so he doesn't yet have the strings to tie him down :)
^He has an IV in his head and also one in his arm. They are not using the one in his head but they are leaving it there just in case they need it. He also has a feeding tube in his nose.
On Wednesday he pulled the feeding tube out of his mouth so I got a good shot of his face...I am glad that I did because they put it back in on Thursday.
^ I realized as I was posting these pictures that he looks really big. He definitely is not as big as he looks. Those are preemie diapers. He has lost some weight so now he is down to 6 lbs. 2 ozs.

He's adorable Nat! That's awesome that you'll probably be able to bring him home in a few days. How are the other two kids? Especially Gavin? Does he understand what's going on? Good luck with recovering!!!
Oh he's so cute!!!!! And if you want to tell how little he is look at the size of the binkie in his mouth! LoL We have a pic of Daae right after she came home from the hospital and I swear the binkie takes up like 1/2 her face!!!! I can't wait to meet him!!!!!
OH!He is so cute! I can't wait to hold him. How fun to have a new baby.Hope he comes home soon!!!

nat he is ADORALBE!!! i dont remember aiden being that small, well he never was THAT small, but you know what i mean. its crazy how the time flies and you forget all the tiny moments! He has hair! oh my gosh! way blonde! maybe thats why the nurses said just a little bit of hair. lol Im glad he is doing so well and you too! i cant wait to see him when you come to utah in the summer!!!
