Pizza Anyone?

Tanner will be having his 4th birthday tomorrow so I made his cake tonight. He is having a pizza party so he wanted a pizza cake. I have to say that I am pretty proud of myself. If you look closely you will see that the "pizza sauce" is pink but there was nothing I could do.I went through 3 bottles (2 small and 1 large) of red food coloring and that is as dark as I could get the frosting. I made sure to cover it with lots of "cheese" (toasted coconut) so that it wasn't very visible.
Sauce: frosting
Cheese: toasted coconut
Pepperoni: fruit rollups
Green peppers: fruit rollups
Olives: black jelly beans cut like olives (icky but creative)
Parm cheese on top: grated white chocolate

Very, Very CUTE!! And Creative!! If you have a cake decorating store, you can buy red food coloring paste. It makes your frosting more true to the color. Or sometimes if you go to a bakery they will sell you red frosting. Just a FYI for next time. Isn't it fun being a mommy and coming up with kids request!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
