That may seem like a strange title for a post but it best describes our sweet Tanner's arm. On Monday we were heading out the door to our friends' house and Tanner fell while running down the wheelchair ramp we have. He cried a little and complained about the scratch on his wrist. We went ahead to our friends house and he just wasn't the happy little man he usually is. When we got home I took him to the ER to get it checked out. We had kinda decided that maybe it was sprained. He wasn't really complaining, he was just mellow and he wasn't using his arm.
After a few xrays it became apparent that Tanner had a buckle fracture. He bent the bone right above his wrist on his left arm. He is in a temporary cast until Friday when he will go to the orthopedic doctor and have a hard cast put on. They said that they may have to fully break his arm so that it will heal straight. Tanner was so brave and we are very proud of him!

Poor guy!! Right at the beginning of the school year, that sucks!
