I took Tanner swimming this morning and we had a great time. On the way home he got mad because I wouldn't stop and get him chicken nuggets and french fries. I told him that when we got home I would make him a PB&J sandwich and after he ate he would take his nap. He threw a major fit. After a few minutes he said, "mommy, I'm ready to say I'm sorry to you." I let him apologize and then he told me that he didn't want to be bad, he wanted to be a nice boy. I suggested that when he said his prayers that he ask Heavenly Father to help him to be nice..a few seconds later, this is what I heard..."Heavenly Father, thank you for my day. Please help me to be nice and not be rude. And please bless my mommy that she can be nice too and not make me take a nap. Amen." What a joy he is!
